The entire process, from first email inquiry to receiving the beautiful photos, was easy, quick, and so, so kind. I cannot emphasize what a dream it was to work with Riley. How attentive, how thoughtful, how positively amazing it was to collaborate with her. She could tell from my questionnaire that I was nervous about taking photos--I hate seeing myself captured on ~film~ like any normal millennial girly and the last time was my wedding two years earlier--and she set up a quick meeting to discuss what to expect before our shoot. We brainstormed places, vibes, poses, etc. She made me feel like I was talking to a friend who was absolutely going to go the extra mile to make sure she got a great photo of me.
Day of, I was flustered because of parking, and she immediately gave me the time and space to regroup. And when the shoot started... that first photo alone was a winner! That's how good she is at coaching and getting you to relax!
This long-winded review can be boiled down by the following: Riley is the kindest, the brightest, the most attentive photographer you can hope to capture any special moment you've deemed important enough to remember forever. You can tell she cares so much about what she does AND her clients. You know she wants to capture you at your best. And that alone is enough to make the entire experience stellar.
